Cyanotype and Gum Bichromate
This group of images, consisting of cyanotypes and bichromate gum prints, was created in search of peace during my struggle to ground myself in the present and take a step back from the online world. They show the places and moments where I feel most connected to the world around me rather than those inside my phone. While I center myself using these analog processes, they also further distance me from the digital noise. These images call attention to the state of our being and encourages the audience to find that peace and balance for themselves.
